Delete Your GbindiX Account

GbindiX users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting our support team. This page explains the required steps, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@gbindix.com from your contact email, or call +232 78 165 060.
- Include the phone number linked to your GbindiX account.
- Include your full name and state that you want your GbindiX account deleted.
- Our support team may ask you to complete identity verification before deletion is processed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your user profile details, including your name, phone number, and profile photo.
- Account access associated with the mobile app.
- Support profile data that is no longer required for operations or compliance.
What Data May Be Retained
GbindiX may retain certain records where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit, or financial compliance obligations.
- Transaction records may be retained for a minimum of 7 years.
- Closed-account records may be retained for up to 90 days after closure, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
- Records needed to investigate fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or regulatory requests may be retained longer where required.
Processing Time
Once we receive a valid request and complete any required verification, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable time and confirm the result with you by email or phone where possible.
